i'm not sure about this ...

The management company for the office building I work in does community donation things around the holidays. They'll put a box down by the elevators in the lobby with a sign on it indicating what they're collecting and what it's for. Right now it's canned goods/nonperishable food for Thanksgiving, of course.

This morning I noticed that someone put Slim Fast in the box. Which means that someone in my office building thought that donating Slim Fast to hungry people is a good idea. You know, even if someone who will be benefitting from our donations is overweight, I don't think it's the right message to send: "Maybe you should be hungry." That's great.

Besides that, how the hell is Slim Fast a good Thanksgiving food? Do you set it by the cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes? Make a gravy out of it for the turkey?

I can't wait to see what's in the box around Christmas.
